为全面了解职工的思想状况和意见诉求,增强新形势下职工思想政治工作的针对性、实效性,黑龙江省总工会于2013年6—8月,在全省开展职工思想状况调研。调研采取问卷调查、座谈会、个案访谈等方式,从职工的政治态度、价值取向、生产生活、社会热点四个方面进行调研,共发放问卷1200份,收回问卷1051份,访谈职工50余人。职工队伍的基本情况职工队伍年龄趋向年轻化。从职工的年龄结构来看,调研的1051人中,20岁以下36人,占总数的3.4%;
In order to fully understand the ideological conditions and opinions of employees and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political work of staff and workers in the new situation, the General Labor Union of Heilongjiang Province conducted a survey on the ideological conditions of staff and workers in the province from June to August in 2013. The survey conducted surveys from four aspects: political attitude, value orientation, production and living, and social hot spots.
