我国医院现在广泛使用的绩效考核是以科室收支结余为基础的考核体系,在这种体系中,个人收入与科室利润关系密切,医院朝着以利润为中心的方向发展,追求的是利润最大化,这与公立医院公益性的基本属性是相背离的。如何保持公立医院的公益性,调动医务人员的积极性,科学、合理地对医务人员进行绩效分配考核,是医院现代化管理中面临的一个难题。
