人文关怀的核心在于肯定人性和人的价值,尊重人的理性思考,关怀人的精神生活等。在具体工作中,人文关怀是指尊重人的主体地位和个性差异,关心人丰富多样的个体需求,激发人的主动性、积极性和创造性,促进人的自由全面发展。作为校长,在学校管理中要承认教师生命的存在,关心教师的多方面、多层次需要,不仅创造条件满足教师的生存需要,更要着力于教师自我发展、自我完善的需要,促进教师素质的全面提升。
