基于ANSYS的二次开发技术实现了部分预应力混凝土梁的疲劳性能分析。根据钢筋和混凝土的疲劳本构关系和损伤模型并考虑预应力筋的有效预应力损失,运用ANSYS进行部分预应力混凝土梁的疲劳全过程分析,并与试验结果相对比。结果表明,数据模拟的结果与试验结果吻合较好,具有一定的精度,说明该模型能够较真实地反映疲劳荷载作用下部分预应力混凝土梁的力学性能,为模拟实际工程中承受疲劳荷载作用的部分预应力混凝土梁的疲劳性能提供了可靠有效的方法。
The secondary development technology based on ANSYS realizes the fatigue analysis of partially prestressed concrete beams. According to the fatigue constitutive relation and damage model of reinforced concrete and concrete, considering the loss of effective prestressing force of prestressing tendons, the whole fatigue process of partially prestressed concrete beams was analyzed by ANSYS and compared with the test results. The results show that the data simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results and have some accuracy. It shows that the model can reflect the mechanical properties of partially prestressed concrete beams under fatigue load more effectively. In order to simulate the fatigue load under actual load, The fatigue behavior of partially prestressed concrete beams provides a reliable and effective method.
