长安街始建于明代永乐年间,有“神州第一街”的美誉,至今已经有六百年历史。上世纪五十年代末,北京拓宽和延伸长安街作为重要的交通干线,西起复兴门,东至建国门,长6.7公里,统称“十里长街”。目前,长安街沿线东起通州运河广场,西至首钢东门,全长约46公里,又被称为“百里长街”。时光荏苒,岁月流逝,长安街见证着共和国的成长足迹—— Chang’an Avenue was built in the Ming Dynasty Yongle years, “Shenzhou first street ” in the world, has been six hundred years of history.
