采用免疫组织化学方法检测小儿常见恶性肿瘤突变型 P_(53)蛋白的表达情况并探讨其临床意义。用 DO-1P_(53)单克隆抗体,LSAB 法测定45例小儿恶性肿瘤石蜡切片的 P_(53)表达。19例神经母细胞瘤3例阳性,均为Ⅳ期患儿,其中1例阳性为睾丸转移瘤而原发瘤阴性;16例肾母细胞瘤4例阳性,其中3例预后不良型均为阳性;10例恶性淋巴瘤5例阳性,均为Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患儿。结果表明突变型 P_(53)蛋白的表达与三种肿瘤的临床分期、组织学类型有关,可能为三种肿瘤转移、复发的原因,为小儿恶性肿瘤预后不良的一个重要指标。
Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of the mutant P 53 protein in children with malignant tumors and its clinical significance. The expression of P_ (53) in paraffin sections from 45 pediatric malignant tumors was detected by DO-1P_ (53) monoclonal antibody and LSAB method. 19 cases of neuroblastoma were positive in 3 cases, all of which were in stage Ⅳ, of which 1 case was positive for testicular metastasis and negative for primary tumor; 4 cases were positive for nephroblastoma in 16 cases, and 3 cases were positive for poor prognosis 5 cases were positive in 10 cases of malignant lymphoma, all of them were in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The results showed that the expression of mutant P53 protein was related to the clinical stage and histological type of the three tumors, which may be the reason of the three kinds of tumor metastasis and recurrence, which is an important indicator of the poor prognosis of children with malignant tumor.
