病例摘要桑某、女、21岁。因左手背部患扁平疣,拟用鸦胆子外涂治疗。在用口嚼碎鸦胆子,外涂5分钟后,顿觉口唇麻木,周身皮肤搔痒,继感胸闷、心悸、腹部剧痛及频繁呕吐,吐物为所进食物(未食鱼、虾等食物)及黄色苦液。约15分钟后急诊入院。一年前曾用鸦胆子同法外涂治过扁平疣,而无任何不良反应。体格检查:血压60/40,呼吸38次,脉博120次(极微弱)。神志恍惚,烦躁不安,面色苍白。皮肤未见明显皮疹。腹部猕漫性压痛,无明显反跳痛。四肢冰冷。诊为鸦胆子致过敏性休克。立即给于肾上腺素0.5mg 皮下注射。10％葡萄糖20ml 加入氟美松
