对工资集体协商是否有利劳资双方这个命题,刚开始时不敢做出的判断。从我了解的情况看,这个协议确实起到了维护劳资双方利益的作用。工资集体协商是我国平等协商集体合同制度的一个核心内容和重要组成部分。从理论上说,建立工资集体协商制度,通过劳动关系双方的协商来确定工资水平,既能维护职工的权益,又有利于建立和谐稳定的企业劳动关系。可从实践上看,工资集体协商还有很大的发展空间。而我这里也提出了一个新概念——行业工会。行业工会属于近几年劳动关系领域出现的新事物,我认为也是工资集体协商今后的工作重点。
Whether collective bargaining is beneficial to both the employer and the employee can not be judged at the very beginning. From my understanding of the situation, this agreement does play a role in safeguarding the interests of both employers and employees. Collective wage consultation is one of the core contents and an important part of China’s collective bargaining system. In theory, the establishment of wage collective bargaining system to determine the level of wages through consultation between the two sides of labor relations, both to safeguard the rights and interests of employees, but also conducive to the establishment of a harmonious and stable business relations between enterprises. From a practical point of view, wage collective bargaining there is still much room for development. And here I also put forward a new concept - trade unions. Trade unions belong to new things emerging in the field of labor relations in recent years. I think this is also the focus of future work on wage collective bargaining.
