目的:探讨口腔修复中采用磁性附着体的临床应用价值。方法:选取我院2011年10月-2012年10月接收的牙列缺损行覆盖义齿修复的患者69例,利用口内残根残冠或余留牙安置磁性附着体,均行基牙准备、根帽制作、义齿制作、义齿试戴与完成等覆盖义齿修复,于修复前、修复完成后以及修复4周后测定患者的咀嚼效率与固定力,并记录不良反应情况,判定磁性附着体的临床效果。结果:修复前患者咀嚼效率为(0.35±0.10)、固定力为(1.4±0.09),修复完成后患者咀嚼效率为(0.70±0.23)、固定力为(4.21±0.35),修复前后比较差异显著(P<0.05);修复4周后与修复完成后的咀嚼效率与固定力比较无显著差异(P>0.05);69例患者出现4例不良反应,不良反应发生率为5.6%。结论:口腔修复中采用磁性附着体,可有效改善患者的咀嚼效率与义齿固定力,且不良反应发生率低,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of magnetic attachment in oral repair. Methods: Totally 69 patients with dentition defect who underwent denture replacement in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2012 were enrolled in this study. The preparation of abutments, Denture production, denture trial and complete overdenture repair, before repair, repair and repair after 4 weeks to determine the patient’s masticatory efficiency and fixation, and record the adverse reactions to determine the clinical effect of magnetic attachment. Results: Before chewing, the masticatory efficiency was (0.35 ± 0.10) and the fixation force was (1.4 ± 0.09). The masticatory efficiency was (0.70 ± 0.23) and the fixation force was (4.21 ± 0.35) after the repair, the difference was significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in masticatory efficiency and fixation between 4 weeks after repair and fixation (P> 0.05). There were 4 adverse reactions in 69 patients and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.6%. Conclusion: The magnetic attachments in oral repair can effectively improve the chewing efficiency and denture fixation, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, which has a high clinical value and is worth promoting.
