从社会网络嵌入的3个维度出发研究结构、认知、关系对企业竞争情报共享水平的影响机制。以一个大型物流公司作为个案进行探索性分析,并对其3部门中的关键竞争情报活动团队的社会网络结构特征、认知差异程度、信任水平与情报团队竞争情报共享水平进行问卷调查,利用SPSS软件对相关数据进行单因素方差检验分析,结果证实了网络的结构、团队的认知水平与信任关系对情报共享程度有显著的影响。
From the three dimensions of social network embedding, this paper studies the impact mechanism of structure, cognition and relationship on the sharing of competitive intelligence in enterprises. Taking a large-scale logistics company as an example, this paper conducted exploratory analysis and conducted a questionnaire survey on the characteristics of social network structure, the degree of cognitive difference, the level of trust and the intelligence team’s competitive intelligence sharing among the key competitive intelligence activity teams in the three departments. SPSS The software carried out one-way ANOVA analysis of relevant data, and the results confirmed the structure of the network. The team’s cognitive level and trust relationship had a significant impact on the degree of intelligence sharing.
