锅炉一、二次风量的准确、快速测量对锅炉的燃烧调整和安全性、经济性运行起着极为重要的作用。风速测量装置种类繁多,按测量原理区分,主要有热扩散法和差压法,目前差压风量测量技术应用广泛。根据风量测量装置工作原理不同和风管道结构不同,每种装置都适合不同管道,各有其优缺点。风量测量装置合理选型是火电厂在安全、可靠、经济运行宗旨下高质量、高环保、高效率运行的一个重要手段。叙述了电厂锅炉一、二次风系统的系统流程及风量调节过程,介绍了当前常用的几种风量测量装置的工作原理、优缺点及适用范围,并对锅炉测风装置的选型原则进行分析。
