Premature rupture is the most common arrhythmia, and almost anyone has contractions before they expire. Occasionally, one or two occasional premature contractions in normal people are clinically significant and have no effect on hemodynamics. Frequent, multi-source premature contractions, especially multifocal premature ventricular contractions, are often signs of cardiovascular disease . The clinical significance of premature rupture depends entirely on its pathological basis, frequency and hemodynamic effects.
