铁路钢轨的铝热焊接是无缝线路焊接的主要方法之一。过去一直采用汽油—氧气作燃料的轨腰侧面预热器、湿模型、侧顶浇注系统的焊接工艺,为适应铁路运输量和行车速度提高的需要,我们先后与广州、北京、天津等铁路局建立了三结合小组,研究成功了小焊筋、快速预热铝热焊接钢轨的新工艺,并在京山线北塘段铺设了用此工艺焊接的长轨。现简介如下:
Aluminum rail welding of hot-rolled rails is one of the main ways of welding. In the past, the welding process of rail waist side preheater, wet model and side roof pouring system which used gasoline-oxygen as fuel was adopted. In order to meet the need of increasing railway traffic volume and driving speed, we met with the railway bureaus of Guangzhou, Beijing, Tianjin, A three-in-a-small group was established to study the successful welding of small welded bars, the rapid preheating of new heat-welded steel rails and the laying of a long track welded with this process at Beitang section of Jingshan Line.
