我国驻索马里各公司在承包工程中由于长期坚持了“平等互利,讲求实效,形式多样,共同发展”、重合同、守信用、重质优于重量、薄利多包等经济贸易合作原则,而取得了索马里政府和人民的高度信任,增强了与外国在索马里同行业的竞争能力,近几年来承揽了7000万美元的合同额,为我国四化建设创收大量外汇,但是,在劳务承包业务中如何解决“劳务承包带动我国产品出口”还是值得探讨的一个问题,这里,笔者想提出几点看法: 一、“承包带动出口”大有潜力 The Chinese companies based in Somalia have achieved a long-term commitment to the economic and trade cooperation principles of “equality, mutual benefit, stressing actual results, diversified forms, and common development”, valuing contracts, keeping promises, weighing more than weight, and bolstering profits. The trust of the Somali government and people has increased the ability to compete with foreign countries in the same industry in Somalia. In recent years, the company has contracted 70 million U.S. dollars worth of contracts to generate a large amount of foreign exchange for China’s four modernization projects. However, how is it in the labor contracting business? Solving the problem of “labor contracting and stimulating exports of our products” is still a question worthy of discussion.
