目的:探讨颅脑损伤并发神经源性多器官功能衰竭(MODS)的临床诊断与治疗。方法:对26例颅脑损伤并发MODS病例进行临床回顾性分析,对其发生率、发生时间、好发受累器官及影响预后的相关因素等进行总结。结果:发生率为103%,肺、胃肠道发生率高且常先受累,其次为心血管、肾、肝脏。死亡率462%,并与脑损伤程度及受累器官密切相关。结论:MODS是脑损伤时的一种严重颅外并发症,预后差,死亡率高,应予以高度重视,早期诊断和处理。
Objective: To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment of craniocerebral injury complicated with neurogenic multiple organ failure (MODS). Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on 26 cases of traumatic brain injury complicated with MODS. The incidence, occurrence time, factors affecting the prognosis of the affected organs were summarized. Results: The incidence was 103%. The incidence of lung and gastrointestinal tract was high and was often affected first, followed by cardiovascular, kidney and liver. The mortality rate was 462%, which was closely related to the degree of brain injury and affected organs. Conclusion: MODS is a serious extracranial complication of brain injury with poor prognosis and high mortality rate. It should be attached great importance to early diagnosis and treatment.
