Objective To observe and study the impact of touching on nutrition, immunity and development of premature infants. Methods Fifty-eight preterm infants in our hospital from June 2013 to February 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group (29 cases) and intervention group (29 cases) Then the two groups of pre-intervention and post-interventional stages of nutrition, immune and developmental state-related indicators were compared. Results There were no significant differences in the indexes of nutrition, immune and development between the two groups before intervention (all P> 0.05), while the results of intervention group were significantly better than those of the control group after intervention Significance (both P <0.05). Conclusion Touching on nutrition, immune and developmental status of premature infants is relatively positive, which can effectively improve the comprehensive status of children.
