对于还原剂的计算用量,在电站锅炉选择性的催化还原法SCR的脱硝工艺里,烟气流量测量的准确程度具有非常重要而深刻的影响。本文对于在烟气流量测量领域里,经常要用到的差压式和热导式流量计及其它们各自的工作原理进行了分析,对各自具备的特征进行了探索,并且提出应当注意的防磨损和防堵灰两个意见,作为在设备选型时应当注意的重点。结合SCR的工艺特点,根据各自的不同来对SCR烟道的各段的烟气均匀和流畅程度作了一定分析。一定要对测量位置进行正确合理的选择,才能准备保障测量的精确程度。
