应用地高辛标记的mdr1CHNA探针,采用斑点杂交方法,检测22例非小细胞肺癌(腺癌、鳞癌)中mdr1mRNA含量。结果显示,腺癌组mdr1mRNA含量显著高于鳞癌组(P<0.05)。提示mdr1基因表达与非小细胞肺癌对抗肿瘤药物的内在抗药性相关。检测mdr1mRNA含量可能有助于判断非小细胞肺癌的抗药程度。
Digoxigenin-labeled mdr1 CHNA probes were used to detect mdr1 mRNA levels in 22 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma) by dot blot hybridization. The results showed that the mdr1 mRNA content in the adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than that in the squamous cell carcinoma group (P<0.05). It suggests that mdr1 gene expression is related to the intrinsic drug resistance of anti-tumor drugs for non-small cell lung cancer. Detection of mdr1 mRNA may help determine the extent of drug resistance in non-small cell lung cancer.
