研究直线惯性原动机驱动的非调谐钟表机构固有特性。方法以惯性原动机为对象,视钟表机构为阻尼器,建立动力学方程,进行仿真研究。结果直线惯性原动机单位行程对应的载体飞行距离为一常量,是钟表机构自身多数的函数。结论所得模型对所研究的机构具有一般意义;啮合百分比P是一实验确定量,对仿真精度有较大影响。
Research on the inherent characteristics of linear inertia-driven non-tuned watch mechanism. Methods Taking the inertial prime mover as the object, taking the clockwork as the damper, the dynamic equation was established and the simulation was carried out. Results Linear inertial motive unit travel corresponding to the carrier flight distance is a constant, is a function of the watch body itself majority. Conclusions The model obtained has general significance for the mechanism under study. The percentage of engagement P is an experimentally determined quantity, which has a great influence on the simulation accuracy.
