Objective To investigate the effect of pregnancy and selective caesarean on bladder and urethra. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of normal vaginal delivery, 36 cases of selective cesarean section and 34 cases of non-pregnant non-pregnant women hospitalized in our hospital from September 2009 to December 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. And selective cesarean section on UVJ-M and SUI. Results The levels of UVJ-M in the third trimester and the second trimester were significantly higher than those in the control group. The UVJ-M of the one-year postpartum women with selective cesarean section was significantly lower than that of the normal vaginal delivery women (P <0.05). The incidence of SUI in pregnant women and after childbirth was not significantly different from that in control group (P> 0.05). Conclusions Pregnancy and childbirth can significantly reduce the bladder capacity of women and the supporting structure around the urethra, but have no significant effect on the micturition of women.
