The phenomenon of multidrug resistance (MDR) is one of the important reasons for the difficult cure of malignant tumors. The current research on the mechanism of MDR mainly focuses on the multidrug resistance gene mdr1 and its expressed P-glycoprotein (Pgp), DNA topoisomerase H (Topo II), and glutathione flow transferase.
