目的研究首乌不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性及其协同作用。方法采用DPPH自由基法,连苯三酚自氧化法,羟自由基清除能力和紫外测定油脂过氧化值4种方法来比较4种不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性,采用正交试验原理及分析方法分别对不同溶剂提取物进行复合试验。结果 4种不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性从高到低依次为乙酸乙酯组分、正丁醇组分、石油醚组分、水组分。同时,4种不同溶剂提取物对DPPH自由基的清除具有一定的协同作用。结论首乌不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性不同,并且各组分之间存在一定的协同抗氧化作用。
Objective To study the antioxidant activity and synergistic effect of the extracts of Radix Polygoni multiflori. Methods Four methods of DPPH radical scavenging, pyrogallol autoxidation, scavenging of hydroxyl radicals and UV detection of lipid peroxidation were used to compare the antioxidant activities of four different solvent extracts. The orthogonal experimental principle and analysis Methods Different solvent extracts were tested separately. Results The antioxidant activity of four different solvent extracts from high to low were ethyl acetate, n-butanol, petroleum ether and water. At the same time, four kinds of different solvent extracts have certain synergistic effect on DPPH radical scavenging. Conclusion The anti-oxidant activity of different solvent extracts of Radix notoginseng is different, and some synergistic anti-oxidant effects exist between the components.
