采用发热合金炉外合金化办法,可使铬吸收率达90~99%,钼95~97%,钒85~90%,达到冲天炉熔炼条件下节约合金消耗、降低成本和提高铸件性能的目的。
Adopting the out-of-furnace alloying method of the heat-producing alloy can make the chromium absorption rate reach 90-99%, the molybdenum 95-97% and the vanadium 85-90%, so as to achieve the purpose of saving the alloy consumption, reducing the cost and improving the casting performance under the cupola melting condition .
