目的了解护士长人际技能现状,为科学评价护士长人际技能和开展培训提供方向。方法在某三级甲等综合医院抽取65名护士长作为被考评对象,从护士长的德行垂范、愿景激励、沟通技巧、个性关爱四个维度自行设计人际技能考评表,采取360°考评法,由被考评者的下级、同级、上级、本人共593名人员参与考评,合计发放1 950份考评表,考评表回收率94.82%。结果不同考评者给护士长人际技能评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中下级评分最高,上级评分最低,同级、本人评分居中;护士长自评评分低于他评;不同人口学特征(除学历外)护士长人际技能评分差异无统计学意义。结论应用360°考评法能客观、全面地评价护士长的人际技能;能发现护士长人际技能存在的不足,为针对性的护士长人际技能培训提供参考价值。
Objective To understand the status quo of interpersonal skills in nurses and provide direction for scientific evaluation of interpersonal skills and training of nurses. Methods A total of 65 nurses were selected as subjects in a three-level general hospital. The interpersonal skills assessment form was designed from the four dimensions of nurse morality, vision inspiration, communication skills and personality care. The 360 ° evaluation method was adopted. A total of 593 personnel from subordinates, siblings, superiors and individuals of the appraisers participated in the appraisal. A total of 1 950 appraisal forms were issued, with a 94.82% return on the appraisal form. Results There were significant differences in scores of interpersonal skills between different examiners and nurses (P <0.01). Among them, the scores of subordinates were the highest, the scores of superiors were the lowest, the scores of siblings were the same, and the ratings of nurses were lower than those of nurses. Characteristics (except academic) nurse interpersonal skills score difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion The method of 360 ° evaluation can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the interpersonal skills of nurses. It can find the shortcomings of interpersonal skills of nurses and provide reference value for the training of interpersonal skills of nurses.
