财务风险存在于企业生产经营工作的各个环节，不同的财务风险产生的具体原因不尽相同。如何完善企业财务风险，化解财务风险，以实现财务管理目标，是企业管理的工作重点。本文论述了企业财务风险的涵义；分析了企业财务风险的成因；提出了完善企业财务风险的措施。
