一、前言到目前为止,我们用剪切破坏理论和塑性滑移理论说明了楔齿压入时岩石的破坏机理。明确了齿形牙轮和圆盘形牙轮钻凿岩石时其破坏机理几乎与楔形压入相同。这次是研究用牙轮钻头钻凿开发地热时的高温岩石的情形。为了探讨钻孔效率随温度的变化情况,通过实验求出了岩石在高温下的特性以及钻头和岩石间的摩擦系数,从理论上探讨了楔齿压入岩石的破坏机理。此外,对高温岩石进行了楔齿压入实验以及牙轮钻头钻凿实验,并将理论解析结果与实验
I. Preface So far, we have used shear failure theory and plasticity slip theory to explain the failure mechanism of rock when the wedge is pressed in. Determine the toothed cone and disc-shaped cone when the rock drilling mechanism is almost the same as the wedge-shaped pressing. This is a case study of the use of roller cone bits to drill high-temperature rocks during geothermal development. In order to discuss the change of drilling efficiency with temperature, the characteristics of rock under high temperature and the friction coefficient between drill bit and rock were obtained experimentally, and the failure mechanism of wedge pressure into rock was theoretically discussed. In addition, high-temperature rock was wedged into the experiment and cone bit drilling test, and theoretical analysis and experimental results
