针对动态制造环境下的产品研制过程,为了确保在研制目标、研制状态和研制环境动态变化的情况下实现产品质量目标,提出了以质量活动为单元的产品研制过程动态质量策划模型,在产品研制各个阶段动态识别质量目标,并根据质量目标选择合适的质量措施.分析了产品研制过程中质量特性5个方面的属性,提出基于质量特性的属性对质量目标进行动态识别、对质量措施进行分类的方法.通过将质量目标与质量措施进行动态匹配以合成质量活动,并采用加权0-1目标规划法,充分考虑产品研制目标和各项约束条件,建立优化算法及其数学模型,实现了产品研制各阶段的动态质量策划.通过案例应用验证了所提出理论与方法的正确性与有效性,为产品研制动态质量策划提供了一种系统化的方法.
