虽然很多企业都会制定正式的员工培训计划,但却往往执行不力,令计划成为“废纸”一张;虽然有86.4%的被调查者在过去一年里参加过各种形式的培训,但仍有70%的人认为企业培训“太少”;虽然有94.3%的人认为培训对其有“很大”或“一定”的帮助,但六成以上的被调查者对培训内容不满。
