通过对三元合金系高温氧化行为的分析,把Wagner关于形成不互溶氧化物的二元合金经典理论扩展到三元合金体系,忽略活泼组无内氧化,以热力学稳定相图为参考,建立了相应的动力学氧化图并分析了影响动力学氧化图的因素,为进一步研究三元合金高温氧化行为提供了重要的理论依据.
By analyzing the oxidation behavior of ternary alloys at high temperature, Wagner’s classical theory of binary alloys forming immiscible oxides is extended to the ternary alloy system, ignoring the active group without internal oxidation. Based on the thermodynamic stable phase diagram, The corresponding kinetic oxidation diagrams and the factors influencing the kinetic oxidation diagram were analyzed, which provided an important theoretical basis for further study on the high temperature oxidation behavior of ternary alloys.
