对我国北纬22～43度,来自5种不同松毛虫的10个松毛虫赤眼蜂种群进行了杂交和回交试验,应用方差分析对杂交和回交的亲本生殖力、子代性比、子代蛹期死亡率进行分析。未发现有生殖上的隔离。鉴于供试种群有一定的代表性,初步认为中国境内寄生松毛虫的松毛虫赤眼蜂各地种群仍保持高度的生殖亲和性,尚未发生生殖上的隔离现象。
Ten populations of Trichogramma dendrolimi from five species of Dendrolimus punctatus were crossed and backcrossed in China at 22-43 degrees north latitude. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) was carried out on the reproductive capacity, progeny ratio, The pupal stage mortality was analyzed. No reproductive isolation found. In view of the representative population of the tested population, it is initially believed that the population of Trichogramma dendrolimi in the parasitized pine caterpillars in China still retains a high degree of reproductive affinity and no reproductive segregation has occurred yet.
