汽车生产中的板料冲压件,由于形状不规则,因此排样比较复杂、排样方式直接影响材料的消耗,为了节省原材料,降低产品成本,应该使排样方案正确合理。过去,排样方案的设计完全依靠人工,对于比较复杂的工件,不但要花费大量的时间和精力,且得到的往往也是近似优化的结果。为设计出排样的最佳方案,我们借助计算机进行辅助设计。本文就我们编制的单双排最佳排样方案的计算辅助设计程序作一介绍。一、目标函数的确定最佳方案是从许多可行方案中评选出来的。评价排样方案优劣的目标函数是材料的利用率。
