据报道,红色氪激光光凝后39～60%的患者复发脉络膜新生血管。这种医源性复发的特点,尚未见报道。作者报告2例老年性黄斑变性患者,经红色氪激光光凝后3次复发医源性脉络膜新生血管。
It has been reported that 39-60% of patients with red krypton laser photocoagulation recurred choroidal neovascularization. The characteristics of this iatrogenic recurrence have not been reported yet. The authors report 2 patients with age-related macular degeneration, who underwent red krypton laser photocoagulation 3 times to recurrent iatrogenic choroidal neovascularization.
