研究了MnOx/ZrO2 催化剂中添加的碱金属助剂对以合成气合成甲醇及异丁醇反应的影响 ,并采用BET ,XRD和NH3 TPD等表征技术 ,考察了碱金属助剂的添加对催化剂结构和表面性质的影响 .结果表明 ,碱金属助剂对MnOx/ZrO2 催化剂的催化性能有明显影响 .在实验条件下 ,添加 1 0 %K(K2 CO3作为前驱物 )的催化剂 ,其催化性能最好 ,醇的选择性高达 74 8% ,异丁醇选择性达 16 3 % .添加碱金属助剂也使MnOx/ZrO2 催化剂的表面性质发生了很大变化 ,从而影响催化剂的催化性能
The effects of alkali metal additives added to MnOx / ZrO2 catalysts on the synthesis of methanol and isobutanol from syngas were studied. The effects of the addition of alkali metal promoters on the structure of catalysts were investigated by using BET, XRD and NH3 TPD techniques. And the surface properties of the MnOx / ZrO2 catalysts were investigated.The results show that the alkali metal promoters have a significant effect on the catalytic performance of MnOx / ZrO2 catalysts. Under the experimental conditions, the catalyst with 10% K (K2 CO3 as a precursor) , The selectivity of alcohol is up to 74.8% and the selectivity to isobutanol is up to 16.3%. The addition of alkali metal additives also changes the surface properties of MnOx / ZrO2 catalyst greatly, which affects the catalytic performance of the catalyst
