目的对符合培训条件的90名超声医师进行(STEP)介入培训,即筛选(screening)、理论(theory)、考察(examination)、实践(practice)课程培训,以探讨介入性超声医师的培训方法。方法根据培训方式的不同,将90名医师分为培训组、教材组和自学组(每组30名);根据学习进度分为理论学习、模拟操作和实践操作3个阶段,每个阶段学习结束后考核合格的医师进入下个阶段的介入培训学习。结果前两个阶段学习结束后,培训组医师介入培训通过认证的人数(28/28)、通过率100%(28/28)及平均测评分数(84.6±8.0)均高于教材组(16/21,76.2%,69.5±10.0分)和自学组(15/20,75.0%,67.3±13.0),且通过率与教材组和自学组比较差异均有统计学意义(χ2=5.0531,P=0.0246;χ2=5.3645,P=0.0206),而教材组与自学组介入培训认证通过的人数、通过率及平均测评分数的比较差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.0757,P=0.7833);培训组第3个阶段介入培训通过认证的人数(26/28)、通过率(92.9%)与教材组(14/16,87.5%)和自学组(12/15,80.0%)相比差异均无统计学意义(χ2=0.0025,P=0.9605,χ2=0.5692,P=0.4506);经过3个阶段的学习,培训组的通过率(26/30,86.7%)比教学组(14/30,46.7%)和自学组(12/30,40.0%)高,且3组通过率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.8,P=0.001;χ2=14.067,P=0.0002;χ2=0.2715,P=0.6023)。结论规范和积极的STEP课程培训是超声医师介入培训合格和资格上岗的重要步骤和必要手段。
OBJECTIVE To conduct STEP intervention training, ie screening, theory, examination and practice training to meet the training conditions of 90 ultrasound physicians to explore the training methods of interventional ultrasound doctors. Methods According to different training methods, 90 doctors were divided into training group, teaching material group and self-study group (30 in each group). According to the progress of learning, there were three stages: theoretical study, simulated operation and practical operation, After the assessment of qualified physicians into the next phase of interventional training and learning. Results At the end of the first two phases, the number of trained physicians involved in training was 28/28, the passing rate was 100% (28/28) and the average test score was 84.6 ± 8.0, 21.76.2%, 69.5 ± 10.0) and self-study group (15/20, 75.0%, 67.3 ± 13.0), respectively. The passing rate was significantly different from that of teaching materials group and self-study group (χ2 = 5.0531, P = 0.0246 ; χ2 = 5.3645, P = 0.0206), while there was no significant difference in passing rate and average test scores between teaching material group and self-study group (χ2 = 0.0757, P = 0.7833) There were no significant differences in the passing rate (92.9%) and the teaching material (14 / 16,87.5%) and the self-learning (12/15, 80.0%) in the three stages (26/30, 86.7%) than the teaching group (14 / 30,46.7%) after three stages of learning (χ2 = 0.0025, P = 0.9605, χ2 = 0.5692, P = 0.4506) And self-study group (12/30, 40.0%) respectively. There was significant difference in passing rate among the three groups (χ2 = 10.8, P = 0.001; χ2 = 14.067, P = 0.0002; χ2 = 0.2715, P = 0.6023). Conclusion Standardized and active STEP course training is an important step and necessary means for ultrasound physicians involved in training qualified and qualified posts.
