目的观察产前超声系统筛查胎儿畸形的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析医院行超声系统检查的孕妇2 300例的临床资料。结果经分娩或引产确认,胎儿畸形率为1.0%(23/2 300),其中中枢神经系统畸形5例,面部畸形4例,心脏畸形4例,消化系统畸形3例,泌尿系统畸形2例,复合畸形2例,胸腔畸形、腹壁畸形、胎儿全身水肿各1例;其中孕中期检出率为65.22%(15/23),孕晚期检出率为30.43%(7/23),孕中晚期联合检出率为95.65%(22/23);漏诊率为4.35%(1/23)。结论超声系统筛查在产前胎儿畸形中具有较高应用价值,且2期联合检测可提高检出率。
Objective To observe the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in screening fetal malformations. Methods The clinical data of 2300 pregnant women who underwent ultrasound system examination in hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results Fetal malformation rate was 1.0% (23/2 300) after birth or induced labor. Among them, 5 cases of central nervous system deformity, 4 cases of facial deformity, 4 cases of cardiac malformations, 3 cases of digestive system deformities, 2 cases of urinary system malformations, 2 cases had complex deformity, 1 case had thoracic cavity malformation, abdominal wall malformation and fetal whole body edema. The detection rate was 65.22% (15/23) in the second trimester and 30.43% (7/23) in the second trimester, The combined detection rate was 95.65% (22/23), and the missed diagnosis rate was 4.35% (1/23). Conclusion Ultrasound screening has high value in prenatal fetal malformations, and combined detection of two phases can improve the detection rate.
