本实验中,对朝鲜蓟不同部位,不同生长期,不同生长环境条件下的多酚和绿原酸含量进行了分析,并比较了不同提取剂的提取效果,结果显示:多酚和绿原酸在叶片中的含量明显高于花托和苞片。结球后期叶片中绿原酸含量高于结球前期。大棚中栽培的朝鲜蓟其多酚及绿原酸含量均高于露地栽培。不同提取剂中以60%甲醇作为多酚和绿原酸的提取剂,提取效果最好。
In this experiment, the content of polyphenols and chlorogenic acid in different parts of Artichoke, different growth periods and different growing environments were analyzed, and the extraction effects of different extractants were compared.
