分析了液压系统振动与噪声产生的原因及其危害,设计制造了一种基于流体-结构(Fluid-struc-ture)耦合振动的结构共振式液压脉动滤波器,在液压脉动滤波试验台上,通过测试滤波器前后的动态压力,得出液压脉动的的波动幅度和脉动率,验证了结构共振式液压脉动滤波器的使用效能和不足,为液压系统振动控制提供了新的技术手段。
The causes of vibration and noise of hydraulic system are analyzed and its harm is analyzed. A structural resonance hydraulic pulsation filter based on fluid-structure coupling vibration is designed and manufactured. On the hydraulic pulsation filter test stand, The dynamic pressure before and after the filter was tested, and the fluctuating amplitude and the pulsation rate of the hydraulic pulsation were obtained. The effectiveness and deficiency of the structural resonant pulsation filter were verified, which provided a new technical means for the vibration control of the hydraulic system.
