作业是课堂教学的补充,是老师了解学生掌握知识的必要手段。据了解,目前作业设计,普遍形式单一,随意性较大。尤其是数学课堂作业当堂完成少,课后完成多。针对这一现象,我始终围绕效果、效率、效益的“有效教学”理念,在优化作业设计,追求教学质效方面作了实践与研究,并取到了较好的成效。一、立足文本,变简单为精细。课堂作业设计必须以紧扣文本为前提,让学生练习到应该练习的东西,这样才能确保课堂作业与课堂教学目标的一致性,从而实现课堂作业内容的有效性。学生每人都有课本和补充习题,我们要求每个老师对课本和补充习题上的题目的意图进行研究分析,并根据课时教学的要求以及习题的难易程度进行分类,
