Objective To understand the impact of drinking fortified milk on the nutritional status of primary school girls and lay the foundation for the popularization and implementation of drinking milk for students. Methods 300 freshmen from the three primary schools in Mishan City, Heilongjiang Province were randomly divided into experimental group 1 (Erie pure milk containing 250 mg of calcium per day, 250 mL), experimental group 2 (400 mg of calcium per day per person) Of Erie milk 250 mL, vitamin D 8 μg) and control group (no intervention), the experimental period is from March 1 to December 10, 2005. Before and after intervention in nutrition and human indicators of the test. Results The dietary intake of total energy, protein and carbohydrate were the highest in experimental group 2, the middle in experimental group 1 and the lowest in control group. There was no significant difference in height growth rate between the three groups before and after the intervention, and the weight growth rate of experimental group 2 was higher than that of experimental group 1 and control group. Conclusions Supplementation of calcium while vitamin D supplementation is more effective than calcium alone in promoting bone mass gain. Supplementary milk may promote weight gain, height growth is not significant impact.
