衰老通常是女性最敏感、也最关注的问题,然而在现代社会的今天,男性也开始意识到岁月对人脑力及体质的影响。尽管随着人年龄的增长,社会阅历和处世能力都相对增强,可身体各部位却莫名其妙地或膨胀或收缩,脑力也非先前般灵敏。为了帮助男性更有效地认识和保养自己,我们把男性在各年龄层次身体变化的情况详细列表如下,以供参考。30 可以说是身体状况的最佳时期,此时的人高大、强健、敏捷、灵巧,但是顶点也意味着下滑的开始,比如额头出现了最初的皱纹,小腹也开始略感松弛。
