针对现役飞机导管形状精度与安装应力问题,各航修企业均在积极引入与消化导管数字化制造技术,但面对苛刻的成本控制,如何在有限的硬件投资下有效推行该技术,成为迫切需要解决的矛盾。为此提出并设计了一种适用于航修模式的导管数字化制造框架,在该框架中利用CATIA平台对导管逆向数据进行数字化编辑与设计,同时结合自主开发的数控弯管辅助软件平台,高效集成了现有硬件系统,实现了航空导管的快速精确制造,为航修企业全面推广应用数控弯管技术提供了借鉴。
