机械工业是一个消耗能源的部门,它的热加工车间拥有消耗能源大、数量众多的各种加热炉、热处理炉和熔炼炉。一般机械工厂的工业炉所消耗的能源占全厂能耗的二分之一左右,而重型机器制造厂的工业炉所消耗的能源可高达全厂能耗的70—80％。调查表明:国内一般机械工厂工业炉的燃耗比日、苏、英等国高出1倍左右(一些工厂每吨锻件燃耗列于附表)。可见热加工车间的工业炉是机械工厂节约能源的重点。
The machinery industry is an energy-consuming unit whose thermal processing plant has a large number of furnaces, heat treatment furnaces and melting furnaces that consume a large amount of energy and consume large amounts of energy. The energy consumed by an industrial furnace in a general machinery factory accounts for about one-half of the total energy consumption of the whole plant, while the energy consumed by an industrial furnace in a heavy machinery manufacturing plant can reach 70-80% of the total energy consumption of the whole plant. The survey shows that the burn rate of industrial furnaces in domestic general machinery factories is about one times higher than those in Japan, the Soviet Union and Britain.
