本文报道了用荧光TLC法对药用豆磷脂进行定性定量分析。作者用自制高效硅胶G板,以氯仿-甲醇-甲胺(30%)(45:22:4)为展开剂,使得PC,PE,LPC,PI获得了较好分离,并产生很强的荧光。用荧光TLC法对主成分PC进行了含量测定,回收率100.7%,变异系数1.5%.
This article reported the qualitative and quantitative analysis of medicinal soybean phospholipids by fluorescence TLC method. The author used a homemade high-efficiency silica gel G-plate with chloroform-methanol-methylamine (30%) (45:22:4) as the developing agent, which enabled PC, PE, LPC, and PI to be well separated and produced strong fluorescence. . The content of principal component PC was determined by fluorescence TLC method. The recovery rate was 100.7% and the coefficient of variation was 1.5%.
