目的对某保健食品的辅助改善记忆功能进行试验研究。方法按照《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003年版)中辅助改善记忆功能的人体试食试验规程进行,采用临床记忆量表按测试要求测定受试者的记忆商数(MQ)。结果试食后试食组记忆总量分显著高于对照组,试食组试食后的记忆总量表分值显著高于试食前,平均升高14.16分,试食前后记忆总量表得分差异有统计学意义;试食组MQ平均上升了13.64分,试食组试食后MQ高于试食前(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论证明该保健食品对人体具有辅助改善记忆功能。
Objective To study the effect of some health food on improving memory function. Methods According to the test protocol of human diet assisting in improving memory in “Technical Specification for Testing and Evaluation of Health Food” (2003 Edition), the clinical memory scale was used to test the memory quotient (MQ) of the test subjects according to the test requirements. Results After the test, the total score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The total score of the total score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the pre-test group (14.16 points on average) The difference was statistically significant; MQ in test group increased by 13.64 on average, MQ in test group was higher than that before test (P <0.01), the difference was statistically significant. The conclusion proves that the health food has the auxiliary function to improve the memory to the human body.
