本文以飞机疲劳协调加载设备中的机翼整体油箱充压加载模拟装置为例,提出了由单级电液伺服、单腔工作直接控制密闭容器中液体压力的方法。经原理实验表明,该结构简单易行,能满足设计要求。其控制方法也可以应用于有相似功能要求的液体压力控制系统。
In this paper, an example of the integrated fuel tank pressure loading simulator in aircraft fatigue coordination loading equipment is presented. The method of controlling the liquid pressure in a closed container directly by single-stage electro-hydraulic servo and single chamber work is put forward. The experimental results show that the structure is simple and easy to meet the design requirements. The control method can also be applied to liquid pressure control systems with similar functional requirements.
