A recent study by the University of Montreal in Canada recruited college students to read text in different ways. The results showed that the memory of aloud reading aloud to themselves or others is better, and those who only meditate in their minds have the worst memory. The research team at the University of Montreal in Canada arranged 44 college students to read the text on the screen. Subjects were instructed to read the text in different ways: reading in their ears without sounding, reading silently but doing lip-telling, reading aloud and reading aloud to others
