利用HF溶液处理20~40 nm的MWCNTs后,负载光化学还原法合成的Au纳米粒子,获得了HF改性的Au/MWCNTs纳米催化剂。TEM图表明Au纳米粒子平均粒径约为4.5 nm,均匀负载在MWCNTs表面。XPS结果表明Au/MWCNTs表面可能存在Au-F配位键。另外,C,F之间易形成共价键。由于这些化学键的相互作用共同导致C,F,Au三者之间的电子效应,改变了Au的电子结构,从而有利于改善Au的负载效果,提高Au/MWCNTs的电催化活性。电化学测试结果表明Au/MWCNTs纳米催化剂对甲醇具有明显的电催化氧化活性和良好的稳定性。
After treating 20 ~ 40 nm MWCNTs with HF solution, Au nanoparticles synthesized by photochemical reduction were loaded to obtain HF modified Au / MWCNTs nanocatalysts. The TEM images showed that the average diameter of Au nanoparticles was about 4.5 nm, which was uniformly loaded on the surface of MWCNTs. XPS results show Au-F coordination bonds may exist on the surface of Au / MWCNTs. In addition, C, F easily form a covalent bond. Due to the interaction of these chemical bonds, the electronic effect between C, F and Au is changed, which changes the electronic structure of Au, which is beneficial to improve the loading effect of Au and improve the electrocatalytic activity of Au / MWCNTs. The results of electrochemical tests showed that the Au / MWCNTs nano-catalysts have obvious electrocatalytic activity and good stability to methanol.
