牵引力和发动机转速为工程车辆的重要动力性能指标,针对车辆生产厂家或车辆使用者对牵引力及发动机转速实时测量的实际需求和解决目前市场上未能实时测量牵引力与发动机转速的问题等,设计了工程车辆牵引力及发动机转速实时测量系统。该系统通过高精度测力传感器和转速传感器精确测量车辆的牵引力和发动机转速,结合相应的电路设计和测量软件,实时显示车辆的牵引力、发动机转速、牵引力峰值等信息,并绘制力——速度实时曲线图,为工程车辆的机械动力匹配和其它综合性能调试工作提供依据。
