目的了解中医院急诊科医护人员在持续高强度、超负荷工作压力下的心理健康状况,为制定其心理保健措施提供依据。方法采用SC L-90量表、症状自评量表,对中医院急诊科311名在职医生、护士进行心理健康状况调查。结果中医院急诊科医护人员的心理健康水平低于一般人群。护士的突出问题是人际关系、躯体化、强迫症状、偏执和抑郁;医生的突出问题是恐怖、焦虑、偏执和抑郁;医生焦虑与恐怖比护士更明显。结论中医院急诊科医护人员在高强度应激状态下,自我感觉不佳,其中以强迫、抑郁、人际关系敏感和焦虑症状群较为突出。针对调查结果,制定相应应对措施,培养医护人员良好的心理健康状况,有助于缓解精神紧张,抗衡工作压力,提高工作质量。
Objective To understand the mental health status of emergency department staff in Chinese medicine hospital under the stress of continuous high intensity and overload workload and provide the basis for formulating their psychological health care measures. Methods SCL-90 scale and symptom check list were used to investigate the mental health status of 311 active doctors and nurses in emergency department of Chinese medicine hospital. Results The level of mental health of emergency department staff in the hospital was lower than that of the general population. The prominent problems of nurses are interpersonal relationship, somatization, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, paranoid and depression; the prominent problems of doctors are terror, anxiety, paranoid and depression; doctors’ anxiety and terror are more obvious than nurses. Conclusion The emergency department staff in Chinese medicine hospital underwent self-esteem under the condition of high-intensity stress. Among them, the symptoms of coercion, depression, interpersonal sensitivity and anxiety were prominent. According to the survey results, formulate appropriate countermeasures to cultivate good mental health status of medical staff, help ease mental stress, counter work pressure, improve the quality of work.
