癫是一种常见的神经系统疾病,其患病率为4.8‰~11.2‰,因此全球约有5千万癫患者。抗癫药物是治疗癫的最主要方式。近年来研究表明,癫患者体内存在不同程度的细胞和体液免疫功能紊乱,但这种免疫功能紊乱究竟是癫患者本身固有的,还是抗癫药物的干扰作用,至今尚存在争议,现通过综述近年国内外的相关文献,从抗癫药物对细胞免疫、体液免疫和细胞因子3个方面分别阐述抗癫药物对免疫系统功能的影响。 Epilepsy is a common neurological disease with a prevalence of 4.8 ‰ to 11.2 ‰, resulting in approximately 50 million epilepsy patients worldwide.
